How many of you play them? If so what sports.

Maybe if we can collect enough people, we can make a private league with just people from this site.

Basically at the beginning of a sport season, you draft players to make your own team, then you compete against about 10 other teams in your league based on stats. You can trade players, drop players who become injured, pick up players who are doing unexpectedly well.

Here are links to more information on how it works for specific sports:

Kinda changes how you watch sports. Instead of rooting for teams, you start rooting for players. :D

I used to play with some friends back in highschool but I got bored with it.

I wouldn't mind playing again though.

If you don't have enough people, I'd be willing to play. I don't know much about sports, but I'd be willing to learn since I have some time to kill at work.

Fantasy sports are great.  I used to always play them but then when I went to college a lot of the buddies I played with gave them up.  It's just fun because it MAKES you care about what players do and in doing that you definitely get a better knowledge of sports in general.  I'd say that fantasy football and fantasy baseball are definitely the most popular fantasy sports
