I was surprised at how many people don't know about radiohead or never listened to them.  Regardless, they are a band that's definitely worth your time.  Even through their most experimental songs their musical genius shows through.  But i did this post to say that I'm listening to their newest album In Rainbows and this has turned out to be a woooonderful album.  It actually took a few listens to get the real greatness of it ^^ its the kind of album thats gotta grow on you but every song on the CD is magnificent.  Thom Yorke's voice has stuck to the Hail to the Thief sound, but it works so well.

Yeahhh Radiohead is pretty sweet. I've listened to all of their albums but the newest one, and they were usually the "slow burn" type for me where I had to listen a few times before I liked it. One of the first alternative bands I listened to when I made the transition from pop to rock. :) Which songs stand out to you on In Rainbows?

ah lesse, i enjoy nude because thom has a purty voice there and i like the sweet sad feeling it gives
I like Weird Fishes/Arpeggi but the end of the song is just fantastic.  So wonderfully done.
All I Need is my all time favorite.  I love the progression of the song and the dark piano with the light xylophone (well whatever instrument that is lol) and then the just breathtaking piano etc at the end with thom's voice conveying such emotion.  i know i sound so corny  :D but things i like bring it out lol
oh and Jigsaw Falling into Place also has such a great beat to it.
i always love radioheads vocal harmonies ^^
