Help with Geist? (For GC)

Um... I know it's an old game... but, I was wondering if there were any cheats, such as a god mode...
I just can't get used to playing it on GC... I've spent my whole gaming life with playing shooting games on the PC.
Currently, I am at the part when you are trapped within the reactor room, with 5 armed men, and Cord...
I almost won, but... then failed miserably  :'(
Please don't think that I am a coward, or something for wanting to use cheats... it's just, I want to finish the game, but I can't...  :'(
Any help?  :-[

Well, I don't know if the game has cheats, but the strategy is you have to scare the soldiers, then hide the engineer close to the entrance as there's a safe spot there.
Then you possess the soldier closest to the one that glows yellow. Now aim your gun at the soldier with the yellow glow, and kill that sucker as you can't possess him! Now the battle begins. Cord the soldiers and the cameras begin their attack.
Now you have to shot Cord with everything you have, and be careful NOT TO SHOOT ANYONE else. When he's down possess ONE of the cams and blast Cord ONLY. Whenever it gets blurry, locate Cord through his green shots and continue attacking him. When you are absolutely blinded, stop shooting, Cord should destroy the camera.
Now start possessing almost every soldier, and going at Cord, you're going to have to leave one untouched. When just that soldier and Cord are remaining, possess the last cam and this time never stop shooting. After the cam is in smithereens, possess the last soldier and finish off Cord.
It's not that tough [Well, for me], I just had to play it again though to remember how it went. ;P Hope this helps.

I tried it... and failed miserably...
I always shot the wrong guys  >:(
They kept moving in front of Cord... what are they?! Body shields!?
And then, another time, Cord completely missed me, and shot the engineer, (He was in the corner of the room next to the door where you get in from)
I'll just have to keep practising in multiplayer against 7 other bots  :'(
