Now that we are good and done with 2007, what was your favorite album/tracks that was released that year? You can name as many as you want if you can't make up your mind. Provide reasons if possible.

Dethklok's Dethalbum was awesome. :D
- had full length songs from the show. plain and simple
Rebuild of Evangelion 1.0 was good too
-New look at the original soundtrack with a few new pieces

and Voices of the Lifestream - Great FFVII arrangement album

Bloc Party - Hunting For Witches [This is such a sickly addictive tune]
Polysics - Rocket [You'll understand later. [From Moyashimon]]
Aimee B - Future In My Hands [One of the best songs from the Devil May Cry anime]
Angela - Gravitation [Heroic Age's OP, one of the best OPs last year.]
Back-On - Hikari Sasuhou [FK Metal Version] [Addictive opening from Murder Princess.]
Chata - Dango Daikazoku [Dango, Dango, Dango, Dango.]
David C. Jacobson Jr. - Existence [Game players would love this gem.]
Five Finger Death Punch - White Knuckles [Metal of a wonderful nature]
Gym Class Heroes - Shell Shock [Turtles of the ninja kind]
The Hives - Giddy Up [Wonderful rhythm]
The Hoosiers - Worried About Ray [The best track on their new album]
The Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann BEST SOUND [Really high wonderful genres from rap to rock to jazz]
Kojima Mayumi - A Musical Biography 2001-2007 [Some of her most excellent works]
Kristine Sa + DJ Jinnai - AnimeToonz3 Lemon + Lime Editions [Otaku mixes that have to be heard to be believed.]
Need for Speed Pro Street OST [One of the better game OST's out there]
Utada Hikaru - Rising Sun II [Hikari Metal Version] [Even better than the "normal " Rock Version]
Vybz Kartel - Maths Class [Needs a biology class, lol]
Ulfuls - Samurai Soul [Ei Ei Ou, this is also nice.]
Ida Corr Vs Fedde Le Grand - Let Me Think About It [The video "persuaded" me to like the song]
Vanessa Carlton - Nolita Fairytale [It's one of those songs.]
Lockstock:
I didn't listen to that many honestly, the one that sticks out is Timbaland shock value ..
I wanna change if possible .. I didn't listen to these in 07 but that's when they were released ..
It's a toss up between J. Holiday - "Back of my 'lac" and Lupe Fiasco - "The Cool"
I like them both equally but for conversation sake I'll side w/ The Cool. I highly recommend that album even if you don't like rap.
